Instead, the couples had waited until June 2 for their first hearing. In February 2012, Daniel learned about the Deep web. He told the court that he purchased some of the best speed of his lifetime. Daniel ordered it for his personal use until November 2015 – then both the defendant and prosecution agreed. He said, “Because of my criminal records i set up a buyer account in the name of my wife, and she did not know anything about it.”
Juliana said “he set up the account details on my phone. Of course, i knew what he was doing, but i did not mind helping him.” From 2014, they sold various vendor accounts on different darknet markets. They sold amphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy tablets, diazepam, MDMA in powder or crystal form and marijuana. Both received the same distribution charges; while Daniel alone will receive the distribution conviction. Their vendor accounts received high ratings for the darknet drugs that they sold. The buyer received the ecstasy pills and said they were of excellent quality.

The prosecution claimed that Juliana undeniably helped Daniel and she also confirmed that. Juliana told Daniel that she would help him to sell the darknet drugs until they sold all of what Daniel stockpiled. The Law enforcement examined the vendors after finding Juliana’s bank account was suspicious. They watched until the duo mail parcels on a routine basis, and once they collected enough proof, authorities made arrests.
Unfortunately for Juliana, the officers watched her drop off a box for the shipment. She said that she helped on the second run of selling Darknet drugs from August 2016 until their arrests. The guidance was nothing more than granting him to use her name on the bank account and dropped off packages. Juliana further added, “I just took something on the way to work and put it in the box.” But the authorities said she conducted price negotiations, accepted parcels from suppliers, and ordered stamps. The session finished without the conclusion for Juliana. Daniel was made aware that he would serve six years in prison based on his statement.
